1. To communicate with Park Managment sending an email to sl1conerns@spanishlakes.com is the recommended way to get a response. Resident Concern Forms can also be picked up at the clubhouse desk or the management service office for those without email abilities. Manager will not respond to verbal messages unless it is an emergency situation. For afterhours emergency please call 772-878-3011.

2. Lot Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Drop Boxes for Rent are located in the Clubhouse and the maintenance office.
3. Visible Badges are Required when using any of the Park Amenities.
4. Waste Pro pickup schedule:
- Solid Waste - Tuesday
- Yard Waste - Wednesday
- Recycle Goods - Friday
- Bulk Pickup - Furniture etc. - Call Waste Pro at 772-595-9390 To Schedule Pickup. Note there is a fee for this service.
5. Pool Rules:
- Pools opens at 8:00am
- Pools close at dusk
- The only approved flotation device is a pool noodle
- Glass Containers are prohibited in the pool areas or the pools
- No drinks or drink containers are permitted in the pools or the pool decks
- Keep all shoes and personal possessions out of the safe zone surrounding the pools
- Please rinse off before entering the pools
- No diapers are allowed in the pools
- Resident of Guest badges are required for pool use
- Guest must be accompanied by a resident when using the guest pool. Note: Children under 10 are not required to have a badge
6. The Golf Course is restricted to Park Approved Residents Only. No Visitors, No Children. No golf carts or motorized vehicles of any type are allowed on the golf course. Golf course is closed Mondays and Thursdays for maintenance.
7. The speed limit on all roads in the community is 20mph.
8. Dogs that pass through a non-dog section of the park should be driven to the dog walk area. Please always pick up after your dog.
9. Please do not feed the wildlife!! It is illegal! There are many laws in Florida regarding feeding the wild animals and birds. These laws are designed to protect the animals from the humans. Some birds like the Cranes cannot digest bird seed but many of us see wings and feed them anyway. Leaving seed and bread around attract mice, rats and raccoons. We do not need these critters around our homes. Please be respectful of your neighbors as well as the animals.
